Note about GF cakes: I bake with gluten free flour from my home kitchen, which is not a dedicated GF kitchen, so there is a chance of cross contamination with wheat and other allergens. Not recommended for those with severe allergies.

  • Swiss Meringue Buttercream - *highly recommended (less sweet frosting. Tastes like melted ice cream. Can be made vanilla, white chocolate, strawberry, raspberry, salted caramel, chocolate, or peanut butter)
  • Whipped White Chocolate Ganache - *highly recommended (extra charge depending on size of cake - cream color only)
