Policies

1. Your initial deposit is non-refundable and secures your event date. 

2. Final payment for celebration cakes is due upon pickup or delivery. For wedding cakes, final payment is due one week prior to delivery. Failure to meet these payment deadlines will void the contract, and the deposit will be forfeited. 

3. The final date for changes to size, style, or flavor is one week before the event for celebration cakes and two weeks before the event for wedding cakes. Changes requested after these deadlines cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. 

4. If you need to postpone your event, please contact us immediately. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

5. Delivery and setup fees, which vary based on venue location, will be included in your final price. 

6. We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing a stable and appropriate environment for the cake, including a sturdy table and a room temperature of 73°F or below. Cakes are heavy and require proper support. 

7. We can place flowers provided by an outside source for an additional fee. We will take precautions to protect the cake by wrapping stems in floral tape, plastic wrap, and/or straws. You understand that fresh flowers are not food products and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants. 

8. If you or your representative chooses to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all responsibility and liability for its condition once it leaves our possession. 

9. We reserve the right to photograph our cakes and use these photographs for promotional purposes without compensation. 

10. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You are responsible for informing your guests of this risk and release us from any liability for allergic reactions. 

11. Our ability to fulfill this agreement is subject to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including accidents, acts of God, and other events. In the event of these circumstances, your deposit will be refunded in full.
